The world is filled with 75% water, and our body is also filled with 75% water. Therefore,
our food should naturally contain 75% water. All fruits, coconut, and vegetables contain
about 75% water. Four kilograms of these foods will reduce to less than one kilogram when
dried in sunlight.
By eating cooked foods like rice and dhal regularly, we manufacture foul-smelling waste
inside our stomach. This foul smell spreads throughout our body. If we wear a cap on the
head, the cap gives off a foul smell. If we wear a banyan on the chest, underwear below the
hip, and socks on the feet, all of them give off foul smells. From top to bottom, the human
body is continuously eliminating bad odour.
This accumulation of foul-smelling waste creates diseases in our body.
Select ten beggars from the street and keep them in a house. Without giving them fruits,
vegetables, and greens, feed them 100% wrong foods such as sweets, laddus, Mysore pak,
halwa, mixtures, oil-fried potato chips, fried rice, oil-fried chicken, oil-fried mutton,
oil-fried dead fish, dried fish, and salt-filled pickles in unlimited quantities. Within one
month, all of them will develop severe diseases like skin diseases, body swelling, asthma,
blood pressure, diabetes, heart problems, and kidney problems. Within 20 days, all of them
will refuse to eat these wrong foods.
Now feed them with fruits and vegetables as the main raw diet (70%) and cooked vegetables
and greens (without oil) as 30%. Within two weeks, all of them will show great health
improvement, and within one month, they will attain perfect health.
